Hebei Haihao Group Huadian High Pressure Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. has manufactured high-pressure pipe fittings and flanges since 1982. Our 580,000 m² facility in Mengcun County, Cangzhou serves international EPC contractors, refineries, LNG terminals, power plants and chemical processing plants — backed by 660 staff including 26 engineers, ISO 9001 + ABS Type Approval, and 100,000 t/yr capacity across 20 production lines.

From two lathes to a leader in China's pipe-fittings capital

Since 1982, Haihao Group has grown over 40+ years into an industry leader with the China Famous Trademark distinction, exporting to 20+ countries and regions.

    Started with two lathes and one drilling machine purchased for just over 1,000 RMB — the seed of Haihao Group.

Heat-number traceability

From mother heat to packed crate — six auditable steps

Every fitting, flange or forged item leaves the plant with a heat stamp that links back to its mother MTC, finished MTC, NDT report, heat-treatment chart, TPI sign-off, and stenciled crate. A redacted sample dossier is shared on AVL request.

  1. 1 · Heat ID

    Mother MTC (EN 10204 3.1) recorded against incoming heat number; bar / billet stamped before cutting.

  2. 2 · Finished MTC

    Item-level MTC issued post-machining: chemistry, mechanicals, hardness, hydro / impact where applicable.

  3. 3 · NDT package

    PMI / UT / MT / PT in-house. RT and HIC (NACE TM0284) per buyer ITP. Reports cross-linked to heat number.

  4. 4 · PWHT chart

    Automatic time-temperature recorder; charts retained 5 years and supplied with shipping documents.

  5. 5 · TPI witness

    Buyer or third-party (SGS / BV / TÜV / DNV / Lloyd's / Intertek / ABS) signs off hold/witness points; 3.2 MTC issued.

  6. 6 · Pack & dispatch

    Heat number stenciled on each crate; certificate dossier sealed with shipment for site receipt sign-off.

NACE / Sour service

What we mean when we say we manufacture for sour service

Saying "NACE capable" is not the same as proving it. Below is the list of standards we manufacture against, what we test on every order, and where we draw the line — so the EPC reviewer can decide before opening an inquiry.

Standards we manufacture against

  • NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 (sulfide stress cracking resistance)
  • NACE TM0284 (HIC test, 4 sections per heat)
  • NACE TM0177 (SSC, on request)
  • API 5L PSL2 mother pipe / forged-block source materials

What we test on every sour-service order

  • Hardness mapping ≤ 248 HV (22 HRC) on weld + HAZ + base metal
  • Sulfur ≤ 0.002 %, P ≤ 0.015 % per heat analysis
  • Quench + Temper (Q+T) for higher-strength grades, recorded furnace charts
  • Dimensional + visual + 100 % MT/PT on critical surfaces

Where we draw the line

  • API 6A wellhead/X-mas tree fittings: not in current scope
  • CRA-clad fittings: case-by-case via partner mill, not stock capability
  • Sour duplex / super-duplex (UNS S31803 / S32750): material qualification per project, not a default warehouse offer
