What is MSS SP-25 used for?

MSS SP-25 is the marking standard for valves, fittings, flanges and unions. For pipe fittings and flanges it is normally checked together with the product standard, material grade, heat number, manufacturer mark and MTC traceability.

What is the difference between EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 MTC?

EN 10204 3.1 MTC is issued by the manufacturer with test results traceable to the batch. EN 10204 3.2 adds independent buyer or third-party inspection witness, which is often required for critical EPC, pressure-equipment and offshore projects.
